In practical part, we will get acquainted with the general approach to the analysis of sperm cells on a flow cytometer: the mapping of cells on direct and lateral light scattering graphs, the estimation of the color of cells on the DNA-binding dye, followed by the analysis of real samples of sperm cells for the presence of DNA fragmentation.
